  This is a tribute show to Scottish singer songwriter Bert Jansch who died earlier this week (guardian obituary, npr music tribute).  Jansch was an important figure in folk music and a great influence on many artists, some of whom I featured on this show: Neil Young, Paul Simon, Donovan, and Nick Drake.   I also played a couple of tracks from his most recent work on Drag City featuring Beth Orton.  I might do a part 2 tribute show, so feel free to contribute!  Huge thanks to Tim Byron for excellent suggestions and lots of great information.
